How does the Caran d'Ache loyalty program work?

At Caran d'Ache, 1 CHF = 1 loyalty point. Collect points with every order on carandache.com, and every 150 points, treat yourself with a 10% discount code. You’ll also receive privileged access to our exclusive private sales and enjoy product selections at reduced prices. Lastly, don’t forget to enter your date of birth in your account. We’ll gift you a 15% discount code every year on your birthday. Our loyalty program is available exclusively on the Caran d'Ache E-Boutique. Your loyalty benefits do not apply in our physical stores.

If you no longer wish to be part of the Caran d'Ache Club, you can simply delete your customer account.

Where can I check my loyalty points balance?

Your points balance does not update in real time. Only after your order has been invoiced and shipped, you can log in to your customer account and view your available loyalty points directly in the "MY LOYALTY PROGRAM" tab.

What are the terms of use for my loyalty offers?

Once you've reached 150 loyalty points, your 10% discount code will be available in your customer account, via email, and on the checkout page. Simply copy and paste the code into your cart, and the discount will automatically apply to your current order. Please note, your Loyalty Offer is valid exclusively on carandache.com. It is strictly personal, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or promotional codes. For example, you cannot apply both your 10% Loyalty Offer and your 15% Birthday Offer to the same order. A discount code cannot be partially used and does not entitle you to any form of monetary compensation. Your unlocked discount code is not valid for the purchase of dematerialized products such as Personalized Engraving or E-Gift Cards. Orders paid entirely with an E-Gift Card do not earn loyalty points. As our program does not have tiers, your Loyalty Offer is not cumulative. For instance, a 300 CHF order does not grant you two 10% discount codes, but only one. This code can be used for a single purchase. Once that order is completed, you can start collecting loyalty points again with your online purchases until you unlock your next exclusive discount.

Can my loyalty benefits expire?

Yes, your Loyalty Offer is valid for 3 months from the date you receive the first notification email. Your Birthday Offer, on the other hand, is valid for 30 days from the date you receive the first email.
